Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

Fortunately, I have pretty awesome clients and most of you show up on time for all of your appointments, and for that I want to say thank you! For others I want to give a gentle reminder that I am a self-employed business owner. This means that when I'm not working on clients I'm also not making money. When someone no shows or cancels their appointment last minute I usually can't fill that spot. It also means that other clients aren't able to get in during that time either.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time there will be a 50% cancelation fee due before you can make your next appointment. If you no show an appointment there will be a fee of the full cost of your appointment. These fees offset the unrecoverable time and revenues lost associated with your appointment.

Late Policy

If you are more than 7 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled there will be a 50% late cancelation fee that will be due before your next appointment. In that same regard if you decide to not receive a portion of the services that you were booked for once you arrive there will a late cancellation fee for that portion of your services.

*Please know that I do send out appointment reminders 48 hours before your appointment as a courtesy but it is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of your appointment times.*

Product Return Policy

If you are unhappy with any product purchased at Esthetics By Heather I am more than happy to exchange it for a product that will work better for your skincare needs, as long as it is within 30 days of purchase and there is at least 60% of the product left. There are no cash refunds for products.
