Cancellation and No Show Policy
Fortunately I have pretty awesome clients and most of you show up on time for all of your appointments, and for that I want to say thank you! For others I want to give a gentle reminder that I am a self employed business owner. This means that when I'm not working on clients I'm also not making money. When someone no shows or cancels their appointment last minute I usually can't fill that spot. It also means that other clients aren't able to get in during that time either.
So when you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service, and if you no show you will be charged the full service price. That being said, I understand that we are all human and I know that emergencies do happen. Please feel free to call or email me with any questions or comments on this policy.
If you are more than 7 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled it will be considered a late cancelation and a 50% fee will be applied. If you run late and she is still able to fit you in the fee will be waved.
