part-time receptionist

Esthetics By Heather is looking to hire a Part-Time Esthetician. At Esthetics by Heather, guests are promised advanced skincare treatments & waxing expertise in a warm and welcoming, judgment-free esthetics studio that prioritizes health, education & attention to detail.

We identify as self-care enthusiasts and consider our skin health calling an opportunity to serve our community with love and compassion. We are looking for a front desk receptionist to assist our clients and aestheticians. We prioritize our education and attention to customer service details as it supports our guests to achieve healthy radiant skin and much-needed rest. We believe that by cultivating a friendly, warm and safe environment for both clients and staff, we honor connection and inclusivity whether it’s their first wax or tenth facial.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking clients in and out of their services

  • Answering phones to book appointments and handle client requests

  • Preparing client charts

  • Following up with clients after appointments

  • Placing product orders

  • Tracking inventory

  • Light cleaning

  • Contributing to our social media by taking photos and videos

  • Participating in ongoing training and education that Esthetics By Heather provides

This is a part-time position with an average of 20 hours per week.
