COVID19 Information

I know so many of you are excited to get back in for your services and I can't wait to see you either! However, I also need to make sure to keep Esthetics By Heather safe for all of my clients as well as myself so I can continue to provide my services. Below you find a copy of the questions that will be asked during your pre-appointment screening call, as well as at the door before you enter. I've also listed a couple of quick policy and procedure changes and a copy of my COVID19 Mitigation Plan.

What to expect...

-A face mask must be worn to your appointment

-Please do not enter until you see a green sign on the door

-Please wash your hands immediately after entering

-There will be no late cancellation or no show fees until further notice

Current Available Services

-Full body waxing including facial waxing. Masks may be removed for 5 minutes while I wax these areas.

-Brow tinting (for current clients)

-All virtual services including consultations and facials

COVID-19 Mitigation Plan


  1. Reservations only will be accepted, no walk-in traffic will be allowed into the shop.

  2. Clients will not be allowed to sit in the waiting room, there will also not be any beverages or snacks available for the time being.

  3. Only one client at a time will be allowed in the shop and only once the shop has been disinfected and the front door sign has been switched to green.

  4. Clients will be contacted on the morning of their appt to ask health questionnaires if any questions are answered yes their appointment will be rescheduled.

  5. Anyone with symptoms consistent with COVID19 will not be allowed to enter the shop, in addition, if the client has traveled outside the state or had contact with another person known to have COVID19 they will not be allowed in the shop.

  6. Clients will wash their hands immediately upon entry and wash them before leaving as well.

  7. I will provide all supplies necessary for both clients and myself to wash hands regularly.

  8. I as the service provider will wear at minimum a surgical and cloth mask before a client enters the shop and not remove it until they have left.

  9. All clients must put on a face mask before entering the shop and can not remove it until after they have left the shop.

  10. I as the service provider will wash hands both before and after each client according to CDC handwashing guidelines.

  11. All frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected after each client. Including the front desk, door handles, light switches, iPad, card reader, treatment table and tools, and any soft surfaces that may have been touched. Disinfectants used will be EPA approved to kill COVID19.

  12. Any linens that a client comes in contact with during his/her appointment will be changed out before the next client and will be properly laundered and disinfected before being used again.

  13. I as the service provider will wear a new set of gloves for each client and wear them for the duration of their appointment.

  14. If I as the service provider start to display symptoms consistent with those of COVID19 I will immediately close my shop, go get tested and follow doctor orders to quarantine until it has been deemed safe for me to return to work by a doctor.

1. Have you been confirmed positive for COVID-19?


2. Are you currently experiencing or recently experienced acute respiratory illness symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath?


3. Have you knowingly been in close contact with any persons who have been confirmed positive for COVID-19?


4. Have you knowingly been in close contact with any persons who have traveled and are also exhibiting acute respiratory illness symptoms?


If you answered yes to any of these questions please do not attempt to enter Esthetics By Heather and instead call to reschedule.
